Fire & Safety Officer/Engineer
Job Responsibilities
- Identifying possible fire-related risks and reducing or eliminating them
- Making designs, calculations, sketches and/or diagrams to help prevent fire or fire spread
- Ensures the entire factory premise has zero fire threat
- Prepares checklists to check equipment such as detectors, fire hydrant, fire doors, fire fighting equipment etc as well as check them regularly
- Prepares and execute fire & safety plan for the entire plant
- Creates fire team within organization (both employees and workers) and conduct regular fire drill as well as other fire related training
- Conducts fire and emergency evacuation drill to aware employees/workers in the event of any fire or emergency incident
- Identifies probable fire hazard areas and takes preventive measures on urgent basis
- Communicates with various section of the plant to aware regarding probable fire threat and takes leadership to solve them instantly
- Keeps record of each fire related activity and present it to management on daily basis
Experience Requirements
- At least 2 year(s)
