Job Responsibilities

• Provide technical supports (Computer Hardware, Printer, Network, and Software) to the end-users of different systems.
• Regular monitoring of the performance of all the systems.
• Responsible for Maintenance, troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of LAN, WAN and WiFi equipment.
• Responsible for managing Network and Security devices and protocols including Cisco Firewall, Router & Switch.
• Manages system design/architecture and monitors system stability and activity, making recommendations for additional resources and equipment

Educational Requirements

• B.Sc or M.Sc in Computer Science or related subject from a reputed university.
• Preferred Professional Certification: cisco, linux

Experience Requirements

• At least 2 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Age 25 to 30 years
• Good knowledge on UPS, Printer, CCTV, Windows active directory, TCP/IP, Fine-walls, Security
• Must have knowledge on the Data recovery system
• Must have experience on windows server 2008/2012
• Must be pro-active, self-motivated
• Willing to learn quickly
• Very Good communication skill
• Ability to work under pressure
