Senior Manager, BTL Marketing

Job Responsibilities

• Drive awareness and engagement through BTL marketing activation across the country
• Keep the message consistency across all channels of BTL marketing
• Maximize conversion ratio as industry standard in close collaboration with Sales & Distribution team
• Ensure both direct and indirect contact of the customers in all BTL execution
• Work to engage people with relevant sponsorship events with maximum footfall count and conversion
• Efficiency through activation with CPC as per industry standard
• Manage all stakeholders event, especially employee event and engagement programs, coordination of all marketing activities including gift and budget management
• Analyze performance success of ongoing campaigns
• Manage all external agencies to bring result in executions
