Job Responsibilities
- Preparing all notices, circulars, office orders, meeting schedule the minutes to the respective concerns.
- Leaves and Attendance Management.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls with greetings in a professional way and transfer the calls to the right places.
- Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all position.
- Maintain organization staff by establishing a recruiting and interviewing program; counseling.
- Managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource Policies and procedures.
- Planning, receiving and forecasting of human resources requirements and prepare job profile.
- The applicants should have commensurate experience in HR, Administration, Office Management.
- Maintain various types of registers including movement register, documents/parcels receiving registers.
- Handling local & foreign visitors and welcome to business partners to meet their business quires with keeping their details and provide information to take messages/notes.
- Attending all visitors & guests at the front office and record their individual details and messages for the concerned employee in their absence.
- Proper handling of mail management including Courier, office document collection, letter dispatching, incoming and outgoing.
