Deputy General Manager (DGM) - HR & Admin (RHEL)


Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Ensure the personnel management from maintain the personal file to all documentation of the employee.
  • Create and implement the departmental and individual level KPI's and SOP.
  • Create functional Job description for the entire department.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization.
  • Nurture a positive working environment.
  • Manage the performance appraisal process for the company & Do the performance appraisal on time.
  • Lead the HR & Admin team for smooth HR operations & Admin operations.
  • Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Grievance handling and mange any dispute internal and external of the company.
  • Assist Administration department for any job completion.
  • Must manage the payroll and HRIS (Human Resource Information) system of the company.

Experience Requirements
  • At least 15 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Administration, Human Resource Management
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Developer, Group of Companies, Real Estate

Additional Requirements
  • Age 38 to 48 years
  • Only males are allowed to apply
  • Should have strong leadership capability, good communication skills & team building efficiency.
