General Manager (GM) - Land Procurement, RHEL
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare purchase plan, legal documents, documents for sub-kabla on new and existing projects.
- Land project auditing and supervising on daily basis for monitoring and control.
- Maintain liaison with land office and vendors for day-to-day office work.
- Acquire new project on various location of Bangladesh for developing housing projects.
- Monitoring all hurdles and disputes regarding land project.
- Handling various land brokers of different regions across Bangladesh.
- Preparing legal notes with estate and legal department of land acquisition/ disputes/ registration.
- Any other tasks assigned by the management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Land Documentation, Land regulatory issue, Real estate land project experience - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Developer, Real Estate
