Job Responsibilities
- Prepare sales proposal for deal closing.
- Provide assistance to the sales team in preparing note sheet & proposals.
- Make sure invoices are updating regularly & ensure booking payment.
- Prepare incentives bills & ensure payment.
- Update installments in ERP.
- Maintain and update customer databases, sales records, and relevant documentation. Ensure accuracy and completeness of data for effective reporting and analysis.
- Monitor product inventory levels and coordinate with the construction team to ensure products are available.
- Generate regular sales reports, performance report, and sales forecasts. Summarize data for management review and strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with various internal departments, including marketing, CR and finance, to ensure seamless customer satisfaction.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, contracts, agreements, and other relevant documents.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions as needed.
- Provide training and guidance to new sales team members on sales processes, software tools, and company policies.
- Any other works assigned by management
Experience Requirements
- 6 to 10 year(s)
