The Opportunity

The Manager MEAL holds a critical role in overseeing monitoring, evaluation, accountability, learning, and knowledge management within the assigned sector. This entails developing and implementing robust MEAL plans, tracking progress through effective dashboards, and supporting project design with a focus on accountability. The role actively coordinates monitoring processes, strengthens accountability systems, and ensures the implementation of Complaints Feedback and Response Mechanisms (CFRMs). Additionally, the Manager leads strategic research initiatives, facilitates impactful learning, and maintains information management and reporting processes. Capacity-building activities, effective communication with program leads, and proactive engagement in emergencies underscore the Manager's commitment to accountability. Through these responsibilities, the Manager fosters continuous improvement aligned with SCI standards across all projects within the assigned sector.
