Metallurgical Engineer (Home Appliance)

Responsibilities & Context

Evaluate and optimize metallurgical processes to improve efficiency, quality, and yield.

Manufacturing problem analysis & solution of Home Appliance Product.

Evaluate & optimize the current process.

Waste minimization.

New project development.

Conduct regular process audits to identify areas for improvement.

Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure that metals meet industry standards.

Collaborate with design and production teams to choose the most appropriate materials for each project.

Stay abreast of industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in metallurgical processes.

Work closely with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and quality control, to ensure seamless integration of metallurgical processes.

Ensure that metallurgical processes comply with safety regulations and industry standards.

Investigate and resolve issues related to metallurgical processes, such as defects or inconsistencies in the final product.
