Job Responsibilities
- Assess Training Needs of employees jointly with business / function heads and reporting superior.
- Prepare regular training plan and budget under the supervision of Head of Training.
- Design, develop, organize, conduct & evaluate all training courses according to the recommendations and needs of business division.
- Ensure appropriate faculty, training tools, equipments, facilities and logistic supports for training & development.
- Maintain liaison with Internal and External faculty.
- Assist Training Manager to Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual Training reports.
- Compile & maintain all documents & records of training programs.
- Follow ISO 9001:2000 for maintaining Quality Management System.
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 30 years
- Good communication skill
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
- Comfortable in public speaking
