Front Desk Officer

Job Description

Answer and direct all calls in a professional, friendly manner and take complete and accurate messages

Greet all incoming visitors, students and guardians with a warm and friendly welcome and manage check-in process for appointment and classes

Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages and other correspondence

Receive and process for registration for classes

Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls for Top management staffs

Monitor the use of supplies and equipment and maintain the adequate inventory

Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms

Handle administrative requests and enquiries

Respond to query and provide appropriate information

Develop and maintain a current and accurate filing system

Adhering to all the safety procedures and keeping the management informed about any kind of unsafe situation

Guiding students and troubleshoot emergencies, resolving confusion

Assisting & communicating other departments whenever necessary and maintaining good working relationships

Evaluating front office operations and recommend if any changes required

Identifying problems and advising for proactive solutions

Other Specification

Candidate should be graduate and at least 3 years of working experience in relevant field

Great interpersonal and communication skills

Good organizational, presentable and good posture with multi-tasking abilities
