Telesales Representative/Executive

Seeking a candidate with confident and clear telephone manners and excellent written skills. The ideal candidate will have worked for 1 to 2 years in the areas of the business to business sales, telesales and cold calling, with self-motivation and enthusiasm to grow their knowledge. It is also preferred that they have experience in selling subscriptions/memberships as a service.

Responsibilities will include:

Follow up and qualify leads generated by marketing activities

Make outbound business to business calls to prospective customers to generate opportunities

Developing relationships and nurturing leads for the business

Working to and exceeding set KPIs

Using CRM and other internal systems

Driven, determined & self-motivated

Strong relationship building skills

Excellent communication skills and telephone manner

Excellent listening skills

Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience

Education: Bachelors degree

Required Competencies:

Strong management skills: be motivated over the phone.

Experience as a telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
