Responsibilities
We are looking for a competent IT Help desk administrator to provide fast and useful technical assistance on computer systems.
Handling Queries and resolving the basic technical issues of software.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
- Troubleshooting of employees workstations through diagnostic techniques.
- Help to meet the needs for computer hardware, software and networking tools.
- Work to develop, test, install, configure and troubleshoot computer hardware and software.
- Work to create proper documentation, diagrams and other detailed instructions to help other employees make the best use of new technologies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a IT Help desk administrator or other customer support role.
- Technical support with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
- Customer-oriented and cool-tempered
- BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field
