Overall:
- (Manage Network of 100 Nodes
- Domain Server Management
- Mail Server Management
- Internet Server Management
- Managing all hardware, software, internet, hosting, mail service related orders, contracts and dealings
- In depth knowledge of File Sharing and Network Communication Protocols
Hardware:
- PC Assembly
- PC Maintenance, Repair, Support
- Parts Maintenance, Storage, Management
- Network Cabling, Maintenance
- Network Support
- Switch, Router Management and Maintenance
- Maintenance of all IT related products like PABX UPS, PCs UPS etc.
Software:
Installation, Support & Up;
- Windows 2000 Server, 2000 Advance Server, 2003 Server
- Windows 2000/NT/XP
- Microsoft Office
- Antivirus Scanning, Definition Updates
- Mailer Daemon 7.5
- Microsoft Exchange Server
- Active Directory/Domain Controller Management
