System Consultant
Responsibilities
- Should work to get a firm command on all computerized hardware and middleware being offered by Limton
- To provide online/telephonic support to System Engineers / BOs' Engineer for complaint rectification (Where Required)
- In critical and/or complex cases, visit client site personally to resolve issues in installation or compliant rectification
- Responsible for documentation of feedback received from engineers for various hardware and various reported problems
- Play important role in development of FAQs for all hardware
- Must support with his technical expertise as and when require for the maintenance/repair of different inhouse Equipment
- Must play his due role in improving the service standard by improving the standard of engineers and technicians through continuous & proper trainings on all hardware & middleware
- Should be able to fill-in for other coordinators incase of any absence (if required)
- Responsible to provide feedback to HOD and Management about issues related to hardware so the same can be taken up.
- Responsible to develop a team of resident engineers who should have complete command on main product lines (computer interfaced) offered by Limton and who can fully support engineers and customers to resolve their technical queries
