Product Specialist
Responsibilities
1) Knowledge of attendance and access control system
2) Device inspection.
3) Fundamentals of network and systems
4) Knowledge about web hosting.
5) Testing Beta Builds of the software for all validations, bug fixings, automations etc in collation with developer.
6) Providing support to deployment and support teams related to software issues.
7) Collecting requirements and developing scope of works for customers.
8) After testing build discuss with developer and TL on SW improvements in flow, algorithm. Database, automation and validation etc.
9) Checking all the devices with the related software that if all functionalities are working fine for device with software.
10) DB level testing and troubleshooting for issues/ bugs etc.
11) Project coordination and technical documentation
12) Client coordination
