Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities
- He is a team leader responsible for Senior BEs and BEs working under him.
- Ensures team members achieve 100% targets set.
- Guides the tem in prospecting for areas, tells them how to collect client data and trains his team regarding the product and sales.
- Supports BE on matters regarding visits.
- Closes deals that are maturing, bargains and handles critical cases, gets payments from clients who aren’t paying.
- Motivates his team and forwards their concerns to management.
- Ensures good performance of his team members and rectifies their lacking, if this doesn’t work out he notifies the same to management so they can handle the rectification.
- Visits senior people from client side like CEO etc of client company.
- Involved in project selling.
