A- Role Summary:

The role might lead to permanent job provided that incumbent prove this during his/her first three months that he/she is best fit for the organization and the role. The incumbent would be responsible for recording transactions in accounting system for any assigned customer. This role will be reporting to Asst. Manager Finance

B- Duties and Responsibilities:

Recording all transactions in accounting system on timely basis

Keep record of all accounting documents in a systematic manner in soft & hard form as per requirement

Assist in preparation of monthly reports as per regulatory framework.

Correspondence with clients/vendors and addressing their queries in a timely manner.

Responsible for timely month end closing in record to report cycle as per reporting calendar.

Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement and Customer/Vendor Reconciliation & management.

Any other task assigned by the line manager.

 Job Specifications:

MBA/M. Com or fresh ACCA affiliate or ACMA from accredited university.
