Key Responsibilities:
The responsibilities encompass a variety of activities, including but not limited to:
Training Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify learning needs and skill gaps within the organization. Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and develop targeted training solutions.
Research: Carry out coordinated primary and secondary, quantitative and qualitative, research into impactful L&D initiatives and present insights and results to key stakeholders.
Analytics: Analyze the existing quantitative and qualitative data, draft reports, and present findings to key stakeholders.
Learning Program Management: Coordinate the delivery of training programs from inception to completion. Manage logistics, scheduling, and participant communication to ensure smooth execution. Monitor program effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data related to learning outcomes, participation rates, and feedback. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and measure the impact of learning initiatives on business goals.
Technology Integration: Leverage learning management systems (LMS) and other technology platforms to facilitate training delivery, track learner progress, and administer assessments. Stay abreast of emerging learning technologies and recommend solutions to enhance learning experiences.
Curriculum Development: Design and develop engaging learning materials, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, job aids, and other resources. Ensure content aligns with learning objectives, incorporates best practices, and promotes active learning.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with internal departments, subject matter experts, and external vendors to leverage resources and expertise. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand their needs and align learning initiatives with organizational priorities.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to learning and development. Proactively identify opportunities for innovation and process optimization to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of learning programs.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Human Resources, or a related field. Master's degree or certification in Adult Learning, Training, or Organizational Development is a plus.
More than 3 years of experience with an IT company
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.
Exposure to learning management systems (LMS) will be preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders and facilitate engaging learning experiences.
Detail-oriented with strong project management skills to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
