Design Officer
Responsibilities
- Prepare layout on AutoCAD according to site plan.
- Sketch conceptually the furniture layouts, partition, screen’s, reception counter, furniture items.
- Develop furniture layouts of home, offices and exhibitions on AutoCAD.
- Prepare quotations of orders for home furniture, office furniture and interior works in oracle software.
- Develop detail elevations and sections according to interior design on AutoCAD.
- Prepare presentations of Home and Office furniture on PowerPoint.
- Take site Measurements for as built drawings.
- Generate G.D.O/ invoices for home and office furniture.
- Prepare B.O.Q on MS excel.
- Maintain follow up & co-ordination with site supervisors.
- Maintain follow up on project related orders.
- Respond to queries related to home furniture/ interior project.
- Mail the order data.
- Grant site intimation for site related work.
- Grant design intimation to design personnel and follow up on given work.
