Senior Executive, Customer Relation (Haval Sylhet Showroom)

Job Responsibilities

Build up cordial relationship with existing clients, follow-up of complaints and requirement to ensure customer satisfaction

Maintain customer record and follow up system

Make calls to enhance new client base

Attend prospective walk-in clients; give quotation with consultation of Sales/Service departments

Provide support to Sales team

Organize internal and external meetings regarding customer service issues

Collect necessary information from web

Manage events in relation to branding and prepare power point presentation for Principal

Maintain Interior & exterior decoration of showroom area

Any other tasks assigned by the MD

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)

BBA / MBA Major in Marketing will be given preference

Shahjalal University of Science & Technology students will get preference

Experience Requirements

At least 1 year(s)

The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):

Brand Planning/ Development, Corporate Marketing, Customer Support/ Client Service

The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):

Advertising Ageny, Automobile, Banks, Event Management, Insurance

Additional Requirements

Age 22 to 28 years

Willing to work at our Sylhet Showroom

Must be originally from Sylhet

Computer knowledge in MS word, Excel and Power point is essential

Excellent writing skill in English will be preferred.
