Sr. Training Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Identify and assess the training needs of the managerial & Sales employees through performance analysis and in consultation with Business Head & Head of Training.
- Develop individualized and group training programs that ACI Pharma & ACI Consumer Brands business needs.
- Develop soft skill training manuals that are targeted tangible results.
- Conduct effective and purposeful training methods.
- Evaluate performance to ensure that training is meeting business needs and improving performance.
- Be able to use modern technologies to develop, manage and deliver training.
Experience Requirements
- 4 to 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age 28 to 35 years
- Candidates having (4-5) Years of experience in Training and Development / Marketing with Group of Companies or FMCGs or Pharmaceuticals will be preferred
- Excellent communication, presentation & interpersonal skill
- Proficient in MS Office package especially in MS PowerPoint & MS Excel
