Responsibilities & Context
Maintain flag & crew documentation for vessels.
Manage the online application process for obtaining NOC/AOR for foreign crew.
Act as a liaison between the organization and the Ministry of Shipping. Maintain communication channels with regulatory authorities for certifications.
Collaborate closely with the Technical Manager to ensure that all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
Education
Bachelor Degree. Education on Maritime will be given preference
