Executive / Assistant Executive (Clearing & Forwarding)
Job Responsibilities
- Monitor and track shipments move through the global supply chain and report accordingly
- Responsible for record keeping & check all clearing and forwarding documents appropriately
- Verify import documents, custom duty calculation in B/E, other charges bills with agreed rate and applicable tariff as per customs
- Check & process of Shipping documents, Bill of Lading, Dock receipt, Import/Export declaration, Certificate of origin etc
- Monitor and ensure the completion of full process of import job adjustment
- Import Documents Collection and Endorsement
- Prepare customs-related notes and letters
- Prepare damage/demurrage calculation & requisition
- Manage and communicate with C&F agent for related import matter
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 5 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Clearing and Forwarding, Export/ Import through L/C - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Chemical Industries, Steel
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 32 years
- Only males are allowed to apply
- Documentation knowledge for clearing the Imported goods from customs
- Documentation knowledge for forwarding the Exported goods
- Proper Knowledge about LC procedure activity
- H.S code and its application
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Standard proficiencies in MS-word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Good presentation, persuasion & communication skills
