Restaurant Manager/ Shift In-Charge
Job Responsibilities
- Must be proficient in the following dimensions of restaurant function: Quality check, sanitation, company policies and procedures, Personnel Management, Record-Keeping.
- Responsible for ensuring consistent high quality of food & beverage preparation and service.
- Manage shifts which include: daily scheduling and planning.
- Provide direction to employees regarding operational and procedural issues.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date plan of restaurant staffing needs.
- Prepare schedules and ensure that the restaurant is staffed for all shifts.
- Ensure positive guest service in all areas.
- Respond to complaints, taking any and all appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
- Control cash and other receipts by adhering to cash handling in accordance with restaurant policies and procedures.
- Prepare all required paperwork including reports, forms, and schedule in an organized and timely manner.
- Communicate well on all aspects of weekly operations by leading weekly team management meetings.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
