Assistant Officer, Data Entry, Central Store


Job Responsibilities
  • Responsible for insert data of receiving and delivery items for Central store and ensure to updating all documents of central store.
  • Scan documents and print files, when needed
  • Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output.
  • Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
  • Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
  • Respond to queries for information and access relevant files
  • Comply with data integrity and security policies
  • Ensure periodical inventory management of Central store.
  • Help staff on the use of computer applications and systems.
  • Ensure routine backups are performed as outlined by the Backup & Restore Manual.
  • Any other duties as requested by the supervisor.

Experience Requirements
  • At least 1 year(s)

Additional Requirements
  • Knowledge on MS Office, excel and data programs
  • Basic knowledge on Computer hardware
  • Reporting knowledge.
  • Inventory Management knowledge
