Assistant Officer, Customer Communication (BRAC Seed and Agro Enterprise)

Job Responsibilities
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Collecting information from the customer and inputting this correctly and appropriately on the database.
  • Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Prepare weekly analytical report along with monthly, yearly and other reports & assignments.
  • Develop an agriculture knowledge bank to support customer ( farmers, dealers & retailer) queries
  • Must be capable to achieve monthly and other periodic targets of quality customer service
  • Excellent Communication skill over the phone
  • Sound Knowledge of essential software like MS Word, MS Excel, Email, etc
  • Experience in Call Center in Agro based organization will get preference
  • Good organizational and time-management skills for scheduling multiple tasks at a time
  • Any other tasks as assigned by management from time to time

Educational Requirements
  • The candidate should have graduation (bachelor degree) in any indiscipline with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd division/ class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any approved institution.
