Job Context

Job Location: BRAC Field Office

Job Responsibilities

Conduct basic driving training for novice driver and prepare them as safe and skillful driver

Assisting the trainees in successfully facing DCTB (Driving Competency Test Board) Interview

Ensure proper maintenance of training vehicle

Keep records of training related documents and prepare necessary reports

Make effective communication and maintain liaison with BRAC programmes, related Govt. departments and vehicle owners and workers associations

Help increase enrolment of trainees

Perform other necessary tasks assigned by the authority

Educational Requirements

S.S.C (Educational qualification and age may be relaxed for retired Arm forces/ Police, BRTC training personnel having driving instructions experience and license). Trade course on automobile engineering will be given preference Educational qualification and age may be relaxed for highly experienced trained person

Additional Requirements

Age at most 40 years

Applicants must know motor cycle driving with valid license

Having at least 3 years practical experience in driving profession and 2 years' experience as driving instructor

Having valid professional driving license. Heavy vehicle license holder will be given preference

Instructorship license holder will be given preference

Physically fit (Specially Eye-sight & listening power will have to be perfect)

Clear Concept on road safety and defensive driving

Having clear concept on engine and other controlling systems of vehicle and on trouble shooting

Good presentation & communication skill

Sufficient knowledge in computer operation

Team building and ensuring team work
