Manager, Research & Insights; Microfinance Programme
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver insights based on stakeholder's ad-hoc business requirements
- Execute periodic research and impact studies in microfinance
- Execute pilot project and provide primary findings
- Deliver insights based on gathered data
- Create and manage partnerships with external stakeholders
- Identify key needs of internal stakeholders and deliver accordinly
- Present Research findings to relevant stakeholders
- Design research studies, analyze data and prepare reports
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, SPSS, and usage of different online data collection platforms
- Excellent knowledge of data mining, data processing, questionnaire scripting, and report preparation
- Excellent communications skill
- Knowledge of business/product knowledge, research design and sampling, basic research knowledge
- Execute research requirements from scratch till final insights delivery to stakeholders.
- Minimum 01 year of working experience is required
