Job Responsibilities
- Install, configure and troubleshoot PC, Laptops, desktop applications and operating systems (e.g. MS-Office, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners.
- Network setup and trouble shooting
- Various IT system installation, configuration and maintain back up processes
- Software deployment at client side, configure it and trouble shooting at system level
- Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests.
- Providing technical support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone).
- Setting up accounts for new users.
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary.
- Any other task assigned by management time to time.
- Provide Information Technological support to the users.
- Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair company technology assets and infrastructures including but not limited to workstations and networking components.
- Maintain inventory of all hardware products and software licenses.
- Prepare and implement preventative maintenance schedule for all IT hardware and software.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and also encourage others to do so
Experience Requirements
- At least 1 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Knowledge on IT Trouble shooting.
- Knowledge on Computer software and hardware functions.
- Knowledge on MS applications.
- Have IT skill.
- Knowledge on Network troubleshooting.
