Senior Project Officer, Health & Nutrition, HCMP
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare training module and training handout
- Design effective training programs
- Conduct training, workshops, individual training sessions etc
- Support and mentor new employees
- Supervise and monitor the activity of the Field Facilitator and CHW of health & nutrition
- Prepare work plan and Participate in Capacity building of the staffs
- Provide necessary information to higher management in decision making
- Ensure the implementation of all activities of the respective site
- Ensure all supplies and logistics for Health centers in a timely manner
- Ensure targeted performance with quality
- Ensure effective staffs distribution
- Coordination with relevant Govt. departments (CiC office, Union Parishad, UNO office)
- Ensure timely and correctly reporting of all activities.
- Make sure payment of the volunteers are provided timely.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
