Asst. Manager (Admin, HR & Compliance)


Job Responsibilities
  • Should have sound knowledge on Labor Law-2006 as amended in 2015, Factories Act-1979, Fire Prevention and Fire Fighting Law-2003, ERP software and ILO Convention Relevant on RMG sector in Bangladesh.
  • Responsible for recruitment, Selection, Placement, Compensation/Benefits, Legal Compliance/Code of Conduct, HR Administration, Fire, Health & Safety etc.
  • Ability to conduct OCS & RCS audits.
  • Communicate with BGMEA/BKMEA, ACCORD/RCS, Compliance Auditors, Fire & Civil Defense Department, Labor Office, Labor Court, Police Station, Local Influences and Labor Federation etc.
  • Capable to deal with all other HR, Admin and compliance related matters.
  • To monitor training /awareness on regular basis.
  • Coordinate environmental sustainability initiatives i.e. water saving, energy saving, waste management, etc.
  • Assist to develop and sustain RSC standards.
  • Assist forming HR rules/ policies and implement the same
  • Responsible to run the overall operation of the company with an emphasis to implement the policy and strategic programs relating to administration, HR and other issues
  • Responsible to provide information and reports on data such as staff turnover, references etc.
  • Co-ordinate recruitment through management and recruitment team/Admin & HR team.
  • Ensure all Job Descriptions are kept up to date, create new JDs as and when necessary
  • Deal with any performance or grievance issues in a legally compliant and professional way
  • Conducted PC Meeting, Safety Committee meeting regularly basis.
  • To face the audit independently by various buyer's audit firms.

  • Age 30 to 40 years

  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Compensation/Benefits, Attendance, Leave Management, Factory HR Administration, General HR/HR Database Management, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development.
  • Relevant computer software applications knowledge, ERP software Payroll systems.
  • Ability to speak, write and read the English language.
