Japanese language trainer

Responsibilities & Context

Design curriculum content aligned with JLPT N4 exam requirements, covering grammar, vocabulary, reading, and listening comprehension.

Conduct in-person classes in Shariakandi twice a week and coordinate online training on the remaining days

Conduct Japanese language classes for N5 and N4 levels.

Address student concerns and provide solutions.

Develop customized courses to meet learner needs.

Plan and deliver courses targeting N5 and N4 levels.

Create engaging lesson plans for an enhanced learning experience.

Communicating with students about class problems and solutions

Developing customized training courses

Planning and delivering Japanese language courses, primarily targeting N5 and N4 levels

Creating engaging lesson plan

Coordinate with local institutions for student recruitment

Education

H.S.C or equivalent (minimum); Priority for candidates with a Bachelor's degree.

Experience

2 to 3 years

Additional Requirements

Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in Japanese at JLPT N4 level or higher.

Previous experience in Japanese language instruction.

Strong understanding of language teaching methodologies and curriculum development.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Cultural awareness for nuanced language training.

Patience and adaptability for various learning styles.

Schedule: The work schedule may vary, including regular business hours for classroom instruction, and flexibility for conducting training sessions at different times to accommodate learners' need

Travel: Depending on the nature of the training program, caregiver trainers may need to travel to different locations for on-site training sessions.
