Executive/ Senior Executive - HR (Compensation & Benefits)


Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain proximity attendance of all employees of factory;
  • Ensure compilation & forward payment advice of bonus-incentive-increment-monthly wages/ OT/ salary payment sheet for staff/workers to Finance & Accounts Department & Bank through software;
  • Ensure, verify & advise monthly salary, holiday, night allowance of factory employees to corporate HR timely;
  • Ensure, verify and approval process of final settlement, Maternity Bill payment & forward payment advice to Finance & Accounts Department;
  • Maintain leave records, status, transfer, promotion, increment etc. in HRMS;
  • Maintain monthly AIT deduction & Yearly Return submission & maintain its record;
  • Ensure expatriate salary payment & lave management system;
  • Ensure foreign tour expenses management;
  • Ensure bank account opening for new joined employee within time;
  • Ensure monthly HR Budget & yearly or any event basis Budget preparation & update concerned officials;
  • Ensure/ maintain all required HRIS reports & analysis as per requirements;
  • Any other task assgined by the management;

Experience Requirements
  • 3 to 5 year(s)
  • The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
    Analytical reporting, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Processing
  • The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
    Garments, Garments Accessories, Group of Companies, Textile
