Responsibilities & Context
Collaborate with HR personnel to document and articulate HRMS software needs.
Translate HR requirements into clear technical specifications for the IT Business Analyst team.
Provide insights for intuitive HR software UI design to ensure user-friendly functionality.
Facilitate the incorporation of data analytics for enhanced HR decision-making. Assist in testing to ensure the HRMS meets HR functional requirements.
Create detailed documentation throughout the development process. Generate regular and comprehensive reports for Management using Analytical and Data Visualization tools with maintaining HR report database.
Initiate improvements for processes and support employee well-being through HR initiatives.
Undertake additional tasks or assignments delegated by management.
Solution design & implementation:
Collaboration with technical terms to design solutions that meet business needs.
Participate in the development & implementation of new systems, applications & enhancements.
Ensure that solutions align with business objectives and adhere to company standards.
Project Management:
Assist in project planning , scheduling & monitoring.
Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Education
B. Sc. in CSE & MBA in MIS will add advantage.
Experience
At least 6 years
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Software Company, Group of Companies, Business-to-Business (B2B) Software and Services Startup
Additional Requirements
Age at least 28 years
Proficiency in HRMS, UI design, Data Analytics & Data Visualization and HR Analytics.
Experience translating HR needs to technical specifications.
Strong Collaboration skills for cross - functional teamwork.
Self driven to work under pressure & self motivated to take new initiatives.
Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
