Business Analyst-Sourcing Analyst

We are inviting applications for the role ofBusiness Analyst-Sourcing Analyst

In this role, the shortlisted candidate will be responsible to manage the electrical commodities for the entire value chain related to Sourcing and Procurement of material and services. You will be responsible to drive cost out, OTD and also identify suppliers to meet the overall requirements of the business

Responsibilities

.Should be able to understand electrical commodities & work on timely Quotes from suppliers

.Work on supplier development and new supplier identification

.Anticipate potential problems and risks, and generates ideas, insight and solutions to resolve or &ldquohead off potential problems, followed by decisive action to implement solutions

.Be able to design & drive supplier strategies.

.Be able to drive crucial and challenging negotiations

.Be able to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and resolve conflict

.Be able to analyze supplier&rsquos capabilities with respect to the requirement and guide them for business requirements

.Ensure all required information are set up to drive smoothly the downstream process (procurement process)

.In this role the candidate will be required to work during European timings and flexible for any time as per the need.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

.University graduate in Engineering

.Rich experience in Sourcing Specifically Electrical

.Strong technical knowledge of commodities, drawings and specifications

.Good command over English language (Speaking, Reading and Writing)

.Good understanding of Global suppliers in the region

Preferred qualifications

.Post Graduate with Supply Chain & Procurement certifications like CPM/CPIM

.Good command over any SAP module (preferably PMX)
