Business Analyst (Salesforce)

The Division:

CEI is a pioneer in providing software solutions to companies using ASME, PD, EN and AWS safety codes for pressure vessels and welding procedures.

The Position:

We are looking for a Business Analyst (Salesforce) to administer, configure, and customize our internal business processes and systems. The primary goal for this role is to improve integration and ease of use in our day-to-day operations. There will be a heavy focus on systems that enable our Sales and Support teams to easily access the information they need in everyday work. However, there is not a limit to the departments supported by the role.

Systems currently in-use:

Slack – is our primary communication tool and integration hub.

Salesforce – is our CRM, order/contract management, and customer service system. It integrates to slack and HubSpot.

HubSpot – is our marketing automation platform

M365 – is our core external communication platform. It is used for managing our internal computer systems and we leverage at least mail, OneDrive, and SharePoint for different reasons.

Atlassian JIRA and Confluence are our primary project management tools. They are integrated to slack and salesforce.

Ring-central is our phone system although we find Teams to be a better video collaboration tool.

The above list of systems is not exhaustive, and the individual hired into our team will drive adoption and deprecation of any changes needed in systems. Opportunities also extend to assisting with well entrenched CI systems for build and test automation.

The chosen individual will work out of the Contour Software Islamabad/Lahore/Karachi resource center office, as an extension of the division-based G&A department.

Desired Skills and Responsibilities:

Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Engineering or equivalent technical Degree; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years in a Salesforce Administration role with some development using Apex.

1+ years' experience integrating Salesforce with external applications

Ability to integrate with external API endpoints (SOAP, REST, SAML, JSON, XML etc.)

Can convert functional requirements into technical specifications.

Able to develop reports and design dashboards

Ability to migrate data (Data import, Data loader, etc.)

Prior experience of using JIRA for issue management.

Good to have Salesforce Admin certification.

Excellent spoken and written English is essential
