Job Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between CEO's Office and other departments.
- Manage different administrative job of CEO's Office.
- Coordinate and arrange external and internal meetings, prepare agendas, minutes of meeting, invitations on behalf of MD & CEO.
- Manage CEO's calendar, visitors and independently schedule appointments
- Coordinate and schedule weekly MANCOM meeting and follow-up on decisions taken.
- Assist in preparation of reports and presentations as and when required.
- Any other job as and when required.
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)
- The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
prioritising work, Problem solving and decision making, Strong Organizational Skills, Time Management skills
Additional Requirements
- Age 25 to 35 years
