Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Job Responsibilities
- Works with the board of directors and other executives to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals, related plans & policies; presents regular reports on the "status of the company's operations" to the BOD and ensures targeted profit.
- Develops business prospects by studying economic trends and revenue opportunities; projecting acquisition and expansion prospects; identifying opportunities for improvement, cost reduction, and systems enhancement; accumulating capital for fund expansion and setting up the right people at the right places.
- Reviews the financial results of all operations, comparing them with the company's objectives and taking appropriate measures to correct unsatisfactory performance and results.
- Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and creates an environment & culture that focuses on fulfilling the company's mission, vision, and values.
- Any other responsibilities assigned by the BOD.
Experience Requirements
- At least 15 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 40 years
- Extensive professional experience in leadership roles.
- Excellent managerial and financial skills and the ability to take leadership over any business operations area.
- Superlative communication skills, particularly the ability to communicate as a leader.
- Thorough understanding of management and financial practices in all areas and phases of business operations.
