Job Context

Manage a team and responsible for generating business of affordable home loan.

Job Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets of affordable home loan through assigned team.

Build and promote a strong relationship with clients, partners and other stakeholders.

Assess and recommend the leads coming from sales executives and partner organizations.

Ensure strong visibility of the organization in the territory.

Monitor performance of team, motivate them and ensure their development.

Ensure extraordinary customer service.

Experience Requirements

At least 3 year(s)

Strong experience of marketing financial products.

Sound knowledge on MS Office package.

Excellent written and oral communication skill (both English & Bangla).
