Executive II - Laser

Job Responsibilities:

To be able to create laser designs as per buyer requirements;

Able to execute on graphics design;

Collect new designs wherever they are available to enrich the collection and develop new ideas;

Able to adjust laser machine intensity and print as per standard;

Check and ensure the machine and software are workable;

Able to prepare their own designs as per direction;

Able to create files and other documents in an organized way;

To achieve daily and monthly targets according to production planning,

Coordinate with related departments for smooth production;

According to the shipment plan, ensure style-wise productivity and on-time delivery closing;

Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are achieved;

Manage all tasks for smooth production;

Create a highly motivated work force to achieve the target;

Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers;

Perform any other tasks as assigned by management.
