Responsibilities & Context

To achieve daily and monthly targets according to production planning;

Coordinate with related departments for smooth production;

Always be involved in all processes and follow up on technical and production operations;

Adopt the best industrial engineering practices in every possible area for better productivity and to ensure the optimization of resources;

According to the shipment plan, ensure style-wise productivity and on-time delivery closing;

Ensure that the wet process and dry process run based on the approved SOP;

Ensure or deliver technical ideas to reduce production processes by maintaining the best quality;

Ensure that monthly and quarterly targets are achieved;

Manage all tasks for smooth production;

Create a highly motivated work force to achieve the target;

Ensure the necessary operation as required by the buyers;

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the management pertaining to the safety, quality, and efficiency of the factory.
