Job Responsibilities

Manage production planning staff and scheduling of raw material to meet production schedules.

Formulate sound production plan and ensure highest productivity through strict implementation of QC principles and effective supervision.

Ensure section wise manpower planning, assigning and costing.

Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.

Develop and implement short-term and long-term plans to ensure that the factory has the necessary resources to meet business objective

Prepare, update, and communicate the production schedule

Analyze and evaluation of customer demands and presents marketing performances and product trends.

Continuous follow up on production performances and drive towards scheduled shipments.

Conduct quarter and annual business reviews.

Report on the daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly production achievement matching with production target for any given period.

Establish an efficient replenishment chain for the pre and post production stores to combat supply and demand at any given moment.

Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.

Ensure handling of the customer complain and take necessary initiative.

Monitor safety and security issues of the factory and floor plans of the production and maintain compliance issues.

Coordinate with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimum production operation

Any other task provided by the management time to time.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

Both males and females are allowed to apply

Experienced with the Jacket Factory, or Hi-Tech Garments.

Minimum 8 year in similar post.

Excellent technical knowledge.

Sound analytical ability.

Proactive and smart.

Ability to meet deadline.

Ability to handle huge work pressure.

IE Background will be preferable.
