Jr. Executive/ Executive - Legal & General Affairs

Job Responsibilities

Provide legal opinion on various legal issues to upheld interest of the company and represent company in any court of law.

Assist Head of Legal to implement legal issues to minimize risks.

Prepare various drafts i.e. MOU, Agreements, Deed of Mortgage, Deed of Redemption and so on.

Vetting land documents to identify chain of ownership and good title.

Execute deed of registration, mutation and all relevant tasks relating to estate.

Initiate civil or criminal case in competent jurisdiction and represent company in any suit filed by or against the company.

Maintain & develop relationship with the Law Enforcement Agencies. Liaison with various Govt. and Non Govt. Organization such as AC (Land) office, Sub-Registry office, RAJUK, Fire Service, Customs, WASA, City Corporation, Factories and Establishment Department etc.

Acquiring all necessary licenses, approvals, permissions from various authorities and timely submission of returns as per laws applicable for the factory unit; Liaising with Government officials.

Educational Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline. However, candidates having Bachelor of Law (LLB) will get preference.

Experience Requirements

1 to 2 year(s)

Age 28 to 32 years

Both males and females are allowed to apply

Must have sufficient knowledge in land laws, record of rights and civil laws.
