Agriculture Officer
Job Responsibilities
- Production of different indoor plants, flower plants, shrubs and trees. Multiplication of plants through vegetative means i.e. grafting, cutting, layering, budding and so on regarding this.
- Determine types and quantities of horticultural plants to be grown, based on budgets, or executive directives.
- Overseeing and improving the daily functions of the nursery. Assigning work schedule and duties to nursery workers and supervise their works.
- Maintaining nursery stock register of plants & others necessary elements and reporting to the management.
- Overseeing pest & disease management, fertilization, irrigation and other intercultural operations.
- Any other responsibilities as and when assigned by management.
Experience Requirements
- At least 3 year(s)
Additional Requirements
- Age at least 24 years
- Must have interpersonal skill
- Must have computer literacy ( MS office application)
- Determined to work hard.
- Candidate should have vast knowledge on vegetable cultivation
- Candidate must have practical work experience in gardening
