Job Responsibilities
  • To prepare foods according to the specifications
  • Assists other cooks during the food assembly process
  • New ideas should be developed through Chefs Table or Group Meetings.
  • To ensures the highest standards of food hygiene and sanitation in all food preparation areas and kitchens.

  • Diploma in Hotel Management
  • Diploma/ Certificate course of Food & Beverage Production (Cooking Course) from any institute.
  • Training/Trade Course: Food Beverage Production (Cooking Course) from any institute.
Experience Requirements
  • At least 5 year(s)
Additional Requirements
  • Age at most 35 years
  • Must have skills on Sub Continental Food Cooking, Continental Cooking ,Chinese Food Cooking, , Mexican Cooking, Thai Food Cooking, BBQ Grilling, Fast Food Baking
  • Must have understanding of all occupational health and safety issues
  • Must have proper communication & interpersonal skills.
