Inviting applications for the role of BA-Order Management and Fulfillment Analytics

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the orders for all spare parts, reviews and accurately enters orders according to policies

Job Responsibilities

. Evaluating all documentation and records of orders.

. Track Outbound and Inbound IR activity with Global Warehouse. This Includes initiating Specific Support Central Cases

. Following procedures and processes for vendor management

. Recording all data for orders and shipments resolving any discrepancies or issues.

. Monitoring inventory and order history responding efficiently to any change requests.

. Timely communication to monitor order processing flows and collaboratively respond to potential delivery or product availability problems

. Work with sales teams on getting and confirming customer&rsquos order forecasts

Qualifications

Minimum qualifications

. Accuracy, analytical skills and attention to detail are required

. Excellent interpersonal, oral & written communication, organization and teamwork skills

. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

. Ability to multi-task and work independently to prioritize and perform tasks efficiently

Preferred qualifications

. Excellent English communication skills (oral, written)
