DG - Business Analyst - Customer Experience Management

Responsibilities

Reporting

Responsible for maintaining the various reporting dashboards which are data source for various other databases

Ensure accuracy of the reports pulled in from these dashboards, perform the relevant reconciliation and checks

Responsible for resolving user specific issues related to data in the dashboard or other admin related inaccuracies

Brainstorm and design the new report/dashboard development to meet the user expectations

Generating Insights

Improving Customer experience and feedback

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum qualifications

MBA/M.Sc.Economics

Preferred qualifications

Capacity to handle work stress and meet project deadlines

Solid problem solving and analytical capabilities

Basic understanding of Sales Force is a must

Excellent excel skills in data analysis- Advanced Excel, Power point

Good presentation and communication skills

Capacity to work with multiple stakeholders, and be influential and amenable
