Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager, One Genpact Absences & Time Tracking

Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Data, Security, Partners, Vendors and PMOto implement and optimize Absences and Time Tracking in Workday.

Analyze legacy systems, participate in Workday Absence/Time Tracking configuration discussions, develop designs, and provide expert guidance on functional configurations.

Review legacy reports, participate in future-state-report re-engineering & reviews, develop design documents and testing.

Analyze legacy integrations (viz- Time Trackers, Time Clocks, punching systems), effectively review the proposed integration designs with third party vendors/partners with an objective of improving the solutions, develop design documents on need basis, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders in integration testing.

Analyze legacy security, effectively review future state security, and audit design and assist in Workday Security configurations.

Ensure smooth go-live transition by developing cutover plans for the Workday Absence and Time tracking module.

Analyze Oracle EBS, Kronos, Tress, ADP legacy data systems, prepare historical data extraction design for Absences and Time Tracking.

Ensure correct data mapping between legacy and target Workday Absence and Time Tracking application.

Collaborate with different stakeholders on data conversion, data validation, and data correction to ensure seamless transition to Absence/Time Tracking modules.Analyze and assist in fixing data errors across multiple environments for accuracy and completeness.

Proactively analyze and identify the risks/issues, co-ordinate with different stakeholders and ensure issues are resolved and risks are mitigated.

Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in Workday andleverage this knowledge to recommend enhancements and optimizations for Workday implementation.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Degree/PG in STEM.

Extensive experience in Absence/Time Tracking modules functional configurations, data migration, reporting, integration and security processes and tools.

Effective communication, quick learner & team player.

Relevant years of hands-on experience in consulting, supporting Absences and Time Tracking in any one of HR Technology platforms viz, Workday, Oracle Taleo, Avature, ICIMS.
