The Job

You will be responsible for :

Writing, reviewing and executing validation test plans

Creating system validation scenarios

Developing directed, random, and pseudo-random diagnostics for validation in compliance with customer specifications and use cases

Debugging of diagnostics on various platforms using JTAG, Logic Analyzers, Oscilloscopes and similar equipment

Return Material Analysis (RMA) & Automated Test Equipment (ATE) debugging and root-cause analysis

Interacting with various engineering teams in a test-environment and resolving problems in a timely, effective and professional manner.

Preparing Standard Operating procedures for the day-to-day maintenance of the applications and underlying systems.

Ensuring adequate monitoring and controls are in place to ensure stability of the solutions.

Establishing clear communication channels and ensuring proper feedback mechanisms are in place with customers, peers and cross functional teams.

Proposing system enhancements that will improve the performance and reliability of the system.

End-to-end validation of the product and ensuring it meets customer requirements & quality standards.

Ensuring test procedures and training materials are well maintained and released in timely manner

The Profile

You have a degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a similar field with at least 3 years experience in a similar role.

Exposure to change management/configuration management and bug tracking tools is required

You have strong expertise in Microsoft Office, Outlook & Excel.

You are familiar with hardware and software development processes.

Hands-on experience in using the tools, Emulators, debuggers, compilers, IDE’s, DSO, Multimeters etc. is mandatory

You have strong documentation skills.

You have excellent analytical, problem-solving, debugging skills & interpretation skills

You have a keen eye for details and deliver work of a high standard.
